Job discrimination based on national origin and gender

We are three former employees of the local govt contracting company. All three of us represent minority (Asian, Black, and Middle Eastern (Caucasian)). We were all let go within a time period of one year. We feel that it was a pattern and based on discriminatory practice. Our performance was not an issue. This company does business with the federal government. It has caused us financial difficulties and getting a new job. Please advice.

More information is needed here to determine whether, or not, you and your former co-workers have a client for discrimination. You also have time limits to file a Discrimination Charge with the EEOC that you must check out (http://www.eeoc.gov/employees/howtofile.cfm). Contact a local employment law firm to assist you.
