More details to this question:
This matter has been going on for months this has been reported to the company by multiple employee's but the company has swept it under the rug.. I've recently been accused of doing the exact same thing by the same employee and have been suspended immediately pending an investigation.. Employees have testify and stated that I've not done this but I sit suspended for over a week.. Note: I'm the member of teamsters local 125 and I'm a shop Stewart and have filed 41 plus grievance and have lost 1.. Two days a day this person just cursed off a supervisor and made a racial comments to the security officer, but here I sit being accused of threatening and yes emails went out and witnesses' were present. I'm at a lost for words.. Union a wear and willing to speak to my attorney. I understand regarding contract and CBG, but we are a group and are looking after info is filed. Note: We are a group of works not one person who are dealing with Institutional racism, above is just 7% of my case.

I believe I just answered this question. However, he'll answer again. My partner is a certified try. He can represent you in this matter. The cost for a certified trial attorney is $400 per hour. As such, I would first try to use the attorney for the union.
