Hi, my husband and I purchased mattress 6 month ago, 3 month ago I started getting bad lower back pain, I also noticed that Thad our mattress was dented, the company send a person who said it was almost 2 inch dent where I sleep, I also visited the doctor, did x ray and MRI I went through PT and it was nothing found. I requested refund from the company and was denied. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you

i would speak with the mattress company about exchanging the 'dented' mattress for a new mattress at a 'significant discount'; for example, 50% of wholesale so that you are splitting the costs with them. i do not believe you would be successful in court. ed dimon, esq.
