Medical condition race discrimination

1. US consulate in Barcelona While in spain visiting everything was stolen I arrive on a nervous breakdown on 11/16/13 at the US consulate in Barcelona , Spain ,the security guard was told that there was not place to go and no funds for hotel neither food and that the consulate is the only place that felt secure , the officer said that the consulate does not belong to the US that the only place own by the US was the embassy in Madrid , Spain, she threaten on calling the police if I did not leave , I ask to use the bathroom and she denied I ask for a glass of water and it was denied , another security guard came minutes after and ask in a degrading manner " you an american "? you can't be here we will call the police ... I slept on the floor for 2 days without having the use of bathroom , food neither water . On Monday 11/18/2013 the consul came in and he was told what has happened the answer to this was " well you have to understand the only have a high school diploma " I

the us embassy should have been more helpful. however, there is no legal obligation to help you.  the us embassy has no legal obligation to provide you with funds or food or a hotel room.  i do not see the basis for a legal action. were you eventually helped ? how did you get home ? ed dimon, esq.
