My initial question: Was an accommodation requested and if so, what was it? If not, how was the school made aware of his disability? The California Education as does federal law prohibits discrimination on the basis of a disability and if the school was aware and didn't offer an accommodation then you may have a claim. My final question is what would be the remedy that you seek?....Stephan Math Esq
