My Daughter (23) had land her father forced her to sign it over to him, she is afraid of him.. He told her not to tell anyone.. Can we get it back?

We were together for 21 years, not married.. He done all this and took everything out of house and locked it on that land... I had a truck in my name, he knew I would not sign it over so he went and forged my name and signed it over to himself.. I have the sheriff involved in that.Our main concern now is how to get the land back that she was forced into signing over.

You would need to file a petition in chancery court to have the deed where she transfered ownership to him voided.
