More details to this question:
He was on his way to work and was picking up a coworker. Why being parked with his hazard lights on and waiting for his coworker, a vehicle drove up behind him with no lights on. While waiting a few mins was being pulled over with gun draw to his head and was placed in double handcuffs without any explanations.
