My wife was arested because she has warant, and i paid her warant 1030$. Can they return my money after court? And what will happen if she skip court?

your wife must address the original charges and address the contempt charges for failure to appear. there will be fines for both. your wife will be arrested if she does not appear. please let us know if we can help. ed dimon, esq.
