My husband got arrest last night with a warrant his bond is 50,000 and it was for a false statement a dcf said due to my son has autism he was banging his head on the wall and my husband grab him to stop and left a mark now he is arrest wat should I do I have proff in paper from a hospital my son hits bite harms him self to leave marks wat can I do should I bring those papaer to court

You will want to get all that information about your son to the prosecutors. The first step is to do everything possible to have the charges dismissed. Only then can you proceed with a civil rights case. Definitely retaining a lawyer will help you toward there goal.
