Pharmacy in large stores

More details to this question:
If an serious incident happened in the pharmacy and was captured on the store camera, does the store have any obligations to release the footage. And do they have any obligation to make sure the camera are always functioning?

No. They have no obligation to provide it based ona simple request   They have no obligation to make sure a camera works properly or to even record if the camera works properly

What type of serious incident? If it's like a personal injury they should. Retain counsel to send out a certified preservation of evidence letter ASAP demanding that they preserve the footage of the incident in question. Don't delay.
