More details to this question:
I was with the company for 3 years when I was called in and told my position was eliminated and they were doing a termination and not refilling it. I'm 61 yrs old male, they had moved a much younger attractive female into the same position just 30 days prior and keep her in the same job title as mine. No termination for her. Would this be considered discrimination?
