More details to this question:
property. I took her to eviction court where she forged a document saying she invested money in the property. She was later arrested for doing this. I went to eviction court again and judge said well she hasn't been convicted yet so can't rule for an eviction and it to go to a higher court. Iv waited months since then my lawyer has not got this resolved as there is no court date for Supreme Court and I am ruining my credit for back mortgage payments. My question is can I go move myself into the home and live there since the courts are not taking responsibility for these people who will not leave the property ?
