More details to this question:
ok here is the situation. I finally gave my notice at work due to discrimination that I believe is because my husband is a disabled veteran. every since I applied and recieved my FMLA for my husband who is an OEF\OIF veteran 100% disabled my boss has been picking on me. I feel like I am in junior high cause it is picking and I finally cant take it anymore. I have over 50 emails of where I think she has been picking on me. She has put me in the hot seat on things that I have not done and when I try to prove they are not my fault she then doesnt want to talk about it or the situation becomes about something else. She has gotten upset when I take time off whether it is scheduled or sick time. I have been taken off projects and just numerous issues like that. it is just continous picking. my own mentor isnt allowed to talk to me about anything that is wrong when we are training (I am still new to my company and sitll learning) he has to go to her with everything and then she comes to me

an employer cannot retaliate against you for taking FMLA leave or intermittent FMLA leave. You should contact an attorney. Matthew J.P. Coffman 614-949-1181
