QUESTION

strip search and booking for a traffic ticket

Asked on Jan 11th, 2021 on Civil Rights - California
More details to this question:
My son-in-law showed up for his first hearing(?) for a traffic ticket he had received. Upon pleading not guilty he was ordered booked and strip searched and finger printed before being released to re-appear in Feb. As a result of being finger printed he has been let go of a baseball coaching position he has held for about six years at high school level and many more years at a lower level. What recourse does he have?

I don't understand why he lost his job.  He perhaps needs to search for an attorney to represent him in a wrongful termination case against the school.
