Is it legal for Uber drivers to video record inside their vehicles when they have customers. I know TN is a 1 party consent state but what if 2 passengers in the back seat were having a conversation and not speaking to you? Are you still part of the conversation because their is no expectation of privacy in your car in front of you?

As far as I know, there is no law that would prohibit Uber from videotaping what goes no in the vehicle. There is no expectation of privacy while sitting in their vehicle carrying on a discussion.
