QUESTION

Violation of my privacy

Asked on Aug 12th, 2013 on Civil Rights - Texas
More details to this question:
A gentlemen has been hounding me about money he lent to me several months back. Since this time he went to my former employer and told them what happen, yet I had already quit and had a pending EO case against them, which they tried to bring up. Here recently within the passed week ha called my employer whom I am employed with any longer and they disclosed to him why I was terminated, which he has no right to know. Has he along with my former employer violated my civil rights, and my right to privacy.

Update Your Profile
You need to send your acquaintance a cease and desist letter. Although you owe him money, he has no right to contact your employer or harrass you to collect from you.I would recommend making arrangements to repay the money, but also consider keeping a record of any threatening or harrassing statements he makes to you or to your employer.
