More details to this question:
My son had an arrest warrent. Law enforcement showed up at a third party home. Asked if they could come in and was told no come back with a search warrent. Law enforcement opened the door and let themselves in aprox 3 mins later. Was this an ileagle seizure of my son?

Was your son illeally arrested? They had a warrant
Should the police been allowed to go into the house without a search warrant is another issue, but the arrest was still legal.
He should consult weith his criminal defense lawyer
