More details to this question:
OK, so i got this customer that has such a bad attitude, the place where i work is super friendly with ANYONE, but this person so so obnoxious that even if u look MICRO Seconds extra she will rudely say "what are u looking, do you want have a problem with me" even with customers. How can i ban the person from coming into the business, and telling her she can come over based on her horrible trouble making way of being? i know there is a lawful way of dealing with this kind of person.

Hi, Thanks for your question. In NYC all commercial property is zoned in compliance with serving the public at large without any form of racism or denying service to any protected class of any kind. That being said, an obnoxious customer is not a protected class. If she is causing a disturbance you not only are allowed to kick her out and not let her back in, but you may be able to have her arrested for disorderly conduct.  Regardless, do not make this your last stop as far as legal research is concerned. You are always advised to seek appropriate counsel and I advise you have an attorney on retainer for your business in case any questions do arise in the future.  Thanks, Evan H. Nass, Esq.
