What are his rights?

More details to this question:
My daughter has a friend who is 18 and was kicked out of his house. I allowed him to stay with us during winter break and now my daughter went back to college and he could not because his parents stop paying for school . he does not want o go back home but his parents are always parked outside his job . I don"t want any problems I have younger children at home but his father has started following me and taking pictures of my car and me . I not sure what to do I tell him to go back home I don"t want problems but he says he parents will put him in the basement , help im confused .

An 18 year old is an adult. He must make his own decisions. His parents have no legal obligation to pay for school or to provide food and shelter. As a practical solution, the young man can get a job and support himself or he could join the military. Ed Dimon
