December 18 2015 I Jacqueline Maranga experienced discrimination. As I was on break I sat in the party room to eat my lunch as I sat to eat the general manager came in and asked why was I eating in the party room I replied the break room is full and it isn't cleaned his response was go clean it and eat in there I went in the breakroom and proceeded to eat as I finished I walked by the party room and another employee was sitting on her break eating her lunch in the party room while the general manager was in the party room as well with another manager nothing was said to her. I am an African American female. The other employee the general manager are Hispanic. I've been complaining about my pay for about two months now my paychecks haven't been right I believe tips are being added in order for me not to receive my minimum wage. December 22nd 2016 I was directed by the General Manager to come to the office to talk about the situation that happened prior.i was fired without a reason dec24

You could file a claim of discrimination with TWC/EEOC as well as Texas Payday Law claim for the wages you weren't paid. The forms to file both claims can be found at the TWC website: http://www.twc.state.tx.us/
