what can my husband do if he is being harrassed at work??

More details to this question:
My husband is a disabled veteran and is being treated unfairly at his place of employment because of this fact. The treatment includes harassment by other employees. What can he do?

If there is discrimination, you can contact the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. It must be done within 180 days of the alledged acts of discrimination. You can also contact the EEOC on the federal level. You donot need a lawyer to file a complaint, but it would hurt to seek advice on how to word the complaint. DOC
