What do I need to document Age Discrimination?

More details to this question:
I'm a 67 yo male former CPA with Master degree in Healthcare policy with 20 years experience in acute care. I have been helping my son start a business for 5 years. I 'm in great health and look 10 years younger. I have tried to go back to work in non profit organizations but the feed back is " but the other candidate was 51yo" not better educated or better experience or more current. What do I need in documentation to support my claim?

These cases are tough to prove and there is very specific evidence that you need. It is too much to explain in this forum.
