More details to this question:
In October 2017 I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. I filed for a job accommodation with my employer. The job accommodation was approved. Once approved I went from working 24+ hours a week to being scheduled 1 or 2 days a week. The last date worked was Dec 13 2017, when I asked why all they said was that there was no hours available. I received a letter last week from my employer stating that if I did not work for 30+ days my job would be terminated. When I contacted my manager they again just told me that no hours were available. I received my termination letter on Jan 27 2018. Once my job accommodation was approved they started decreasing my hours until I had none and was essentially laid off.
