there are statutory requirements regarding age differences. the age difference cannot exceed four years if you are a minor. for example, a 15 year old cannot be sexually involved with a 20 year old. how old are the two of you ? ed dimon, esq.

You should wait !! You have a long life ahead of you and don't do anything to jeopardize that. The age of consent is 16, and depending on how much older the other person is, there could be problems.
