More details to this question:
I was in ADC prison I was transferred.. to a facility called re-entry I was still under ADC care and I was allowed to get a job and save up money we were not allowed to be around the other male reentry inmates the facility was not following the rules and we was exposed and was around the male reentry inmates the facility staff had us lie to the people who were over them at that facility we were told to tell them that we were not around the male inmates instead we were around them and they had me working at job with 6 male inmates from reentry and I ended up pregnant because I was cohorsted Behind a building at work and forced into having sexual intercourse by a male inmate which led to me becoming pregnant my rights and safety have been violated because they didn't follow the rules and had failed to protect me by having male inmates around me which was against policy

You may have a cause of action against the ADC on several theories. That would turn on the specific facts of your case. You should consult an attorney directly. Be aware that you should act soon. Statutes of limitation may apply that could limit your choices or your case, if any, could be barred entirely.
