What to do with guy harassing me

I was eating lunch the other day and a friends friend sat down next to me. He would talk in a threatening voice and would not move to another seat. Later on he would start making crazy faces towards me as he's sitting next to me. The worse part was the guy stuck his finger in his mouth about three times and touched me with it while I was eating. How can I solve this issue? It is really bothering me.
