I live in a HOA property and the HOA President assaulted me calling the "N" word. A police report was filed. This has happen to several residents in the complex. I am a Home owner and I am on the board of directors.

I recommend you consult a board-certified civil trial lawyer on this matter. There are several causes of action that may be brought against the Association and the President.
