when a boss keeps saying your dyskexia and laughing about it.

Form April 2012 until March 26, 2013 i was working at the Oxford, NC Dollar Tree under store manager Tina Keaton. Durning this time I was a full time manager, which there is 2 other part time managers you are required to do fright. I would always work hard on the fright and try to get everything out of the stock room.. The other part time managers are requried to stock as well.. During there shifts they would not do there part and left the frieght on me. I told my store manger it was becoming stress full. She would say am going to do something about it she never did. Also, when i would build endcaps she would always laugh and make fun of me saying i have dyskexia when i might set it backwards. She would tear me down and make me feel small.
