Where can I a competent attorney if my state bar association refuses to return my calls?

More details to this question:
I am seeking legal advice on how to deal with a stalker whom I suspect gave false information to police in order to cause a welfare check as a means of intimidation and harrassment. I have an estate attorney and a criminal attorney of record but they have not returned my calls. I called my state bar association to try and find a new attorney but they have not returned my call either. As an additional complication I do not fully trust the police department in the town and state where the officer made the welfare check. I have had problems over the past 3 years with multiple entrapment attempts by law enforcement organizations in multiple counties in the states of Tennessee and Alabama. I am a member of multiple protected classes under federal civil rights laws. There are district attorneys on record as refusing the protection of law for individuals of my class. There are well organized and dangerous hate groups operating in the areas where these events are currently occuring.
The state bar association does not provide you with an attorney. You will have to call around and try to find an attorney on your own to represent you.
