Wondering what to expect as far as punishment.

Around june of this year i was busted smoking weed, i was given a d.a.t criminal possesion 5th degree 221.10. court date is august 22nd. But Yesterday i was busted with unlawful possession of marijuana 221.05 plus criminal possession of ecstasy 7th degree 220.03 , i wanted to know what should i expect in court as far as punishments. I am 17 and i have no record besides these 3 drug charges.

You are eligible for a marihuana ACD (CPL 17056) on the first case. You are also eligible for youthful offender treatment (which I would use on the second case if needed). I think you will be OK but you need to stop getting arrested. Eventually you will meet an unsympathetic judge and could end up doing some jail time.
