Last year i was verbally attacked at work for ften minutes at my school where i worked as a work-study student. The person spewed racist words about my heriatge, culture, and race. After hearing this for ten minutes i punched him and was taken by the police and charged with assualt. Is there any actions i can take to the guy who harrased me at work?

You should call it to the principal's attention. The fact that it was you who punched the person, may be an issue. It actually depends on the resolution of your criminal case.
