I'm a black woman. I worked for 3 years at the airport as a manager; I put in my 2 weeks notice and quit. I decided to return within a month and was rehired, but lost my seniority. Another female, white manager put in a 2 weeks notice (but left 2 days after the notice); she also decided to return and was rehired, but her seniority was restored. I feel discriminated against and I feel that my seniority should have been restored as well.

There is only supposed to be one set of rules for everyone.
