Would this be discrimination under HIPPA or something else?

More details to this question:
My state funded college has sent an email out saying that only unvaccinated students have to get tested for covid every week. If you’ve uploaded proof of vaccination you are exempt. Not only am I surrendering my fourth amendment right in order to comply with what they are asking but they are discriminating against me based on whether or not I surrender proof that I’ve received something that is proven does nothing to prevent the transmission of covid.
