Can I sue little c easers for false advertising

More details to this question:
their commercial is $5.00 for a hot an ready pizza but when I went down to the little ceasers I ordered two pepperoni pizza an it was 10.98 they didnt have plus taxes so that's a false advertising bc the commercial only said $5.00 that's it

No it is not false advertising. You got 2 pizzas for $10 plus the tax which is not charged by the pizza company but by the government. Did you really think that you were going to buy a product without having to pay the sales tax?
