live bug in krispy kreme donuts

More details to this question:
i went to the store and bought a box of krispy kreme donuts and i have not opened them and there is a live fly in the box can anyone tell me if i have a case to sue?

No you do not have a case to sue. Take it back to the store and get another box of donuts.
