Can I sue a company for posting my phone number as their phone number and then mailing it out across the state?

More details to this question:
A company posted my phone number as theirs and it was posted on multiple internet articles. Then it got mailed out across the state. Now people keep calling me and asking to schedule appointments, information, etc. A woman from the company happened to call the number to test it (which should've been done beforehand) and now her and others from the company call me nonstop and would like me to direct the people to the website, change my voicemail to give the correct number and information to people, and forward all my calls to them (why should a personal phone call be forwarded to them. I have no affiliation to the company.
I think there is a case here and I can totally understand your agravation. I would need to do more research to see if this is a depravation of privacy rights or some form of conversion/larceny. It is a very agravating but interesting situation. Please feel free to contact us for more information or assistance. Good luck. 203.870.6700
