Hello, our 15 year old daughter was videoed in our home by a guest who was also 15. Our daughter was falling asleep and had a blanket over her body and she was not aware that she was being videoed by this overnight guest. This overnight guest, then disseminated the video at school and falsely claimed that our daughter was using a vibrator to masturbate while the video was taken. We want to know if we can sue the perpetrator of this abuse for defamation?
