More details to this question:
i found out that my name, all my previous addresses, emails, phone numbers where in websites like truepeoplesearch.com. i had a google notification that my info was public and this is how I found out. i want to know if there is a way to sue this company and the other one I found all my info as well. i have not given consent to have my information public! And what kind of lawyer do I need to contact for a case like this?

There are plenty of items you think are private like you address or phone number that are considered "public information." You don't have a law suit here and you cannot get the "public information" de-listed. Sincerely, Andrew M. JaffeAttorney at Law
