ONE MANAGER SAID ICOULD USE EMPTY BOOTHS IF NOONE RENTS THEM.ANOTHER ONE COMES AND SAYS I AM. STEALING AND BEEN SPEADING TO ALL VENDERS I AM A FUCKIN THIEF.HE EVEN DID IT IN FRONT OF OTHER EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS 32 OTHER WERE DOING SAME THING

Something is obviously missing here as it is hard to believe that a flea market manager would give away free booths, as noone would ever rent one. While there may be several legal issues here I would expect that none of them would be viable on a contingent fee arrangement and that you would liekly have to hire a lawyer on an hourly rate/retainer to address this.
