Can I File A Lawsuit Against A Popular Social Media Company For Allowing Post That Lie, Endanger My Family, and Cost My Income To Decrease?

More details to this question:
A guy put up about 5 videos on a popular social media website telling the world that I'm a child molester. He presented in the video a website that someone made up a lie on and said I molested 3 young boys, and presented fake penal codes. While I do have to register as a sex offender from a 2002 case, the case was with a grown woman (older than me) and I plead no contest to a misdemeanor which I only did to avoid trial facing life in prison. I have asked this social media website to take down these videos as they are also only being done to slander me so people won't join my business. I have been very successful in a home based business and he even called me and told me he was going to do this. The social media site keeps replying back and saying it's nothing wrong with the videos, and this has went on for over a week. I am losing money and my following. I have not slept in a week over the stress. Can I file a lawsuit against the social media network?

Handlin defamation cases routinely, its very difficult to sue an ISP or social media site for a variety of reasons. Most of the time the focus is on the wrongdoer who published the lies not the forum where it occurred. These cases are typically not qualified for contingent fee handling so you will need to be prepared to fund the litigation refereced out of pocket.
