More details to this question:
I am a law enforcement officer. Im looking to sue a woman i dated for a brief couple of weeks for slander , libel , and defamation of character. After i ended our brief 3 weeks "relationship" dating in my opinion... She became obsessed , crazy, contacting my ex the mother of my kids, my coworkers and when that didnt work she went to my superiors for my job . i just finished up an internal investigation (Which i have copies of her statements on record) that my job marked me for because of the report this woman filed falsely making slandering comments and defamation on my character submitting unauthorized auto recorded telephone conversation etc. I just had to file an injunction on her just ensure the safety of my self outside of work and my family especially my child she accused of being endanger of myself and their mother with doing all this it has turned my world upside down and that's not right just because she is woman scorned.

Yes, you can sue her, but such cases are typically expensive and are not contingent fee cases for lawyers for obvious reasons.
