More details to this question:
daughter ran for school board one primary and a conversation she had during BLM rally with a school mate turned into lenghty conversation and the one side convo came out what my daughter said to her and went viral with newspapers, social media, petition on line to get her off board. she won final election but resigned first week of jan 2022 realizing what she went thru hell and back scared for her reputation in the future. She was recently offered a job and after a background check not criminal she dont have one, social media appeared to be the companies way and her name is all over the news and company withdrew her job offer advising her she was not a fit employee. im trying to get her name cleared and or sue the other young lady who started posting that went viral. its only one sided and if both sides were shared it could have possibly avoided this kind of act.
