Hi I have a question. So my husband is in the county jail. An so Is his father. They both have the same name. Well there's a write up in our county news paper with my husband's picture an his dad's charges an a crazy story to go with it. But there using my husband's picture. Can we do anything about they slandering of his name a face.

Your husband needs to do a retraction lette. Best to hire a lawyer to do this properly.
