Hi my family is being cyberstalked and our photos are posted on social media with sexualy explicit images on them also they are threatening our lives. How do I stop this they are in another state. I have all messages saved. Also can Instagram delete their accounts? Please help

There are a number of options all depending on who "they" are. You will likely need to retain an attorney, typically with an hourly rate and retainer, to start addressing such issues. Waiting and seeing what happens is generally a poor choice.
