We having an argument almost a year ago but I let it go until last Friday my Boss told me that shes making stories(lies) against me and damage my reputation and my name.

You will need to retain a lawyer that handles defamation cases. We handle them BUT like almost all such laywers, they are not contingent fee cases and require a retainer and payment for legal fees at an hourly rate.
