More details to this question:
If I end up meeting the dead lines of Defamation slander, Can I sue for harassment over the video? & how many years do I have for that time, until it is up? & If someone doesnt take my case of defamation slander, what could be the problem with it not being taken? If whenever I have all the proof & etc? Thank u!

Questions that you pose are waaaaaayyyy too general to even begin to respond to. Most lawyers wont take defamation cases on a contingent fee as there is usually little collectiable money and many of them are more about an angenda than money recovery. Since most clients are angry enough to pursue the issue with a free lawyer but not angry enough to pursue with a FEE lawyer, these cases typically go nowhere other than angry blogs or pro-se filings.
