More details to this question:
I am a physician. Due to covid I was forced to take a class on zoom while in the er. I was told to mute because of Hippa laws. I completed the entire course and passed the test. However the instructor is refusing to release my certificate for nonparticipation in the class. Basically accusing me of cheating

Not sure what the question is nor why an online class would invoke HIPAA. I question whether this is a troll post as you mispelled HIPAA and the basis of your post makes little sense. If you are an actual physician then you know you need to retain a healthcare lawyer to address this issue or addressit with whomever youclaim told you to take the class in the ER or to mute it.
