Hello sir / maam i'm a female married with 3 children i'm working at the deli and bakery i been working 7 month what happenned is my co worker complain about me that when i walk by behind her that i touch her on her shoulder and rub my thing on her butt i was surprised about this coz i really don't do this i know this lady i been warning to stay away from her coz she like to file for harrassment so what happened is the owner of that company come and talk to us and i she get upset coz i did not get fired coz they believed i really do'nt do that i really thougt that this is over then it happen again another co worker file another sexual haraassment its another lied again the complain they let me read it the second complain they don't let me know who is this person who complain they just fired me out at work i get so embarrassed over this that i never been done anything i feel like i been discrimanation

The employer had a legal obligation to investigate complaints of the two employees. Investigation determined that two employees brought a complaint against you for sexual harassment. The testimony of the two employees protects the employer. You could bring a libel action against two employees. However, the cost for the litigation would be significant. You are the plaintiff and as such, have the burden of proving the case.
