During Texas D.O.T.

I have received traffic tickets from Texas for 3 months in a row. Someone with my ( motorcycle) disabled tag number apparently didn't pay a toll bridge and they keep sending me the ticket and it keeps going up each month. I have called them twice and the last time was assured that it was taken care of. I even sent them a picture of my tag sh owdowding that it was different but yet just received another one. It's the weekend so I haven't called a 3rd time just. They told me it was a Ford truck but keep threatening to send it to collections. I live in Tn. and have ngengever been to Texas. I am disabled with a lot of nerve problems already and this is killing me but I don't know what to do about it. I have been building my credit for a while trying tjtjo get abetted interest rate on my mortgage. Can you help guide me Please? Very sincerely, Charles L. Byrd
