If you can prove an obvious violation of personal information that was leaked by a healthcare worker what would the next course of action be if the hospital didn't give a satisfactory answer

You have to prove that the protected health information was disclosed to the public in general, or to a large number of persons. If so, you can bring an action for invasion of privacy.
